Question as I continue to noodle around with guids.
How to handle per-user feeds, e.g. the ones you get with a paid subscription? The feed itself usually has a special token in it somewhere, such that you wouldn't share it publicly or use it as a reference.
Two relevant questions:
1. Do we have a namespace element that designates a feed as a per-user feed? A not-great heuristic is to look for the presence of block tags.
2. Do we have a way to designate the public version of a per-user feed?
