I set my pixel with a static IP yesterday and that didn't seem to help. Woke up this morning to loads of indicators from people that this is likely a DNS thing, so I compared the DNS of the Pixel with my Tablet. The pixel is using 1.0.0.1 and the tablet is using my router IP.
I've not touched any of these settings.
