Not following… what does key rotation have to do with relay centralization?

Relay centralization is an issue, but we’ve also seen real world examples of a top ~3 relay being *completely nuked* and having near-zero impact on the network. Yes, the number of major relays needs to scale for greater redundancy, but this should happen naturally with greater adoption of Nostr.
