Yes and they are upgrading the capacity of the Buksefjord Hydropowerplant by connecting another reservoir lake. Their are no roads between towns and settlements here, so they are placing hydropower plants of various sizes along the coast.
The potential is huge. As Iceland big aluminium smelters as Alcoa have been interested in the hydropower for their production. Greenland could capitalise on the energy by using bitcoin.
