They think leader and automatically think man.
They think president and automatically think dude with white hair.
They think Black and automatically feel scared, and Black woman and automatically think incompetent. And they have no idea why, and they are scared to even think about it and it just make them angry at nothing.
And they rationalize the anger and come up with all the other reasons and tell their friends and start to form group delusions and explanations, and they believe the explanations so strongly, because the stronger they believe the rationalization the less they need to face their own discomfort.
And for 70, 80, 90% of people that’s where it stops. They’ll never face it.
