"content": "While contemplating the prospect of a very fiddly splice repair on the damaged wires it occurred to me that I probably have some 4 wire JST-SH cables because they are used for I²C dev boards (e.g. Adafruit STEMMA QT, Sparkfun Qwiic). I found one of about the right length, then all I had to do was remove the 6 pin connector from the damaged cable and replace one of the 4 pin connectors on the STEMMA QT cable with it. No soldering or crimping required!\n\nWhen I plugged everything back in I got LEDs lighting up on the VTX, and live video in my goggles again! After fully reassembling the quad I tested it again and everything seems to be in order. Crash damage repaired!\n\n#FPV #FPVquad #FPVdrone #Quadcopter\nhttps://mediacdn.aus.social/media_attachments/files/112/937/005/275/236/076/original/041e31e2188582b8.jpg\nhttps://mediacdn.aus.social/media_attachments/files/112/937/005/956/404/518/original/19e95541d61b9543.jpg\nhttps://mediacdn.aus.social/media_attachments/files/112/937/006/384/464/076/original/2f33cc3fa56b3de3.jpg\nhttps://mediacdn.aus.social/media_attachments/files/112/937/007/905/106/392/original/6f0a1a2eb071492f.jpg\n",
