Well...another crappy night of sleep and the reaction to the flu shot has been worse than normal...everything hurts and I feel like I have a slight fever to go with it...oh, well it will go away by the end of the day...it's going to be hot here today at 87 so I think I'll head out to the beach for a bit after an early lunch...it's only 51 here right now so I'll do the first ride indoors and then right outdoors at 7:30...don't have a lot to do today but I may run an errand...good morning!
