Republicans didn't let Democract judge to be in supreme court and after they won they appointed their own judge... Which got Roe v Walde overturned. They just let them do that because they don't want to "step down to their level". They could have rejected the Republican candidate like they used to and now Supreme Court has no judge unless you let our guy win. But they didn't do that.
