Awesome! One of the Resturant owners where I work , Boo, she and her Mom make our house kimchi and Korean cucumber salad .. but our gohjiganh pork ribs pretty much sell out everyday of the week we are open. We smoke them in 100% mesquite .. fall off the bone style ,, I have an acquaintance that totally blew up thier fermenting jars making kimchi the first time, luckily we use some serious buckets drained specifically for it, Samsung has a kimchi fridge .. I’m a huge fan though f Kimchi fried rice .. I’ve had kimchi I’d rather now have for sure
