npub16stwsk6swtvzaewc6xpyvcwffztg5u5lz5w8ugyuf4j4fg0ml8es93vj33 (npub16st…vj33) That claim is a little weird, but the article itself is needlessly antagonistic and written in the language of victim-shaming. Both are businesses, they can't really be shamed at all, but whatever is encouraging that language and writing style really leaves a sour taste about the overall analyses someone who reads as unqualified in legal disputes is making over a legal document. I think other sites making a similar "There's a ton here, this particular claim seems weird though, as may be this one" without the aggression would make plenty of sense. Hell, I didn't even expect that from 9-to-5Mac, it reads as weirdly defensive from them and I don't really get why.
