As always there could be quite a few possible reasons. In this case though, a good place to start is making sure all residual app data has been removed. Either with the app installed, used the app manager in settings to clear its storage and cache immediately before uninstalling, OR use a file manager to seek out its residual data and remove it from the Android/Data/com.livingroomofsatoshi.wallet (check both main storage and SD card). Then, when you're sure there is no residual data, restart the phone and then reinstall. It may or may not work, but does sort things out sometimes.
