Both Software Engineering and #baking are all about having a solid structured foundation and adding decoupled cohesive layers above! Even better if you get a butter smooth UI on top 😉
Anyway just kidding I don't know much but building good software and even less about baking. But I was pretty happy with this result: a lime tartlet that features a pate sucrée shell, a hazelnut praliné, lime confit, lime crémeux and lime whipped ganache.
