All good, thought-provoking questions that have been puzzling me too. My current thoughts:

1. A pandemic is “an epidemic occurring worldwide, or over a very wide area, crossing international boundaries and usually affecting a large number of people."

2. "RNA cannot pandemic" because viruses are not pattern integrities. A single coronavirus cannot be tracked around the world and linked to a novel, deadly, spreading respiratory illness. This could only be done through fraudulent diagnostic tests (PCR).

3. Assuming one believes in viruses as pattern integrities, the measles virus is apparently more genetically stable than other RNA viruses. A properly functioning immune system handles it once and develops lifelong memory. But the viruses that cause colds and flu mutate more frequently, so it's possible to get them more than once.
