My Asian-ness and my connection to my Viet heritage did not matter to him. He perceived me as "white", and so therefore I was automatically an untrustable racist to him.
Thing is... my European ancestry is of little consequence. In fact, to most racist white people, I look Mexican or Arab. I don't look White or East Asian.
