Here's how replies get filtered in following now:
- Alice: hi
- Bob: hey!
- Carla: hello!
Carla's reply will show in my following feed if I follow Carla and either Alice or Bob. If I don't follow Alice or Bob, even though I follow Carla, I won't see the reply.
