AI is bloody fantastic at automating grunt work. I use it in my day job to keep a database of information, and when someone sends a questionaire (RFP) my way, I can just use AI to fill it out and check the answers. 10 minutes of work instead of hours.

Same with writing code boilerplate, understanding technical documents etc.

It's not very good at a lot of other things and people have a tendency to overuse it, but it's only going to get better. :)
