Tags used to be `e, <event ID>`. Then they were `e, <event ID>, <relay>, <root || reply>`

Just looked at nip01 again and we seem to have gone back to the original.

What are people using now? I found `root` very useful to make sure you get all the events in a thread, are people not using this anymore?
