Recently, I seem to have gone on an 'anti-big company' spree.
Yes, I realise it's very difficult to stop using ALL big companies at once, but by reducing the amount of info each one sees about you can only be a good thing.
For example, I know #Google is bad and collects lots of data about us - but a lot of my stuff is tied up in Google. So, I'm only going to use Chrome for accessing Google stuff and use a different, safer browser (Vivaldi) for other stuff. I've also stopped using the Google Authenticator - I've switched to 2FAS.
You've probably seen me bang on about leaving (the majority) of #Meta socials.
And I turned off Connected Experiences (whatever that is) on #Microsoft Word, etc.
And I came across this to help me with privacy on #LinkedIn. I thought I had been quite good, but it appears not.
