Hey man, while I have time. I'd like to tell you a funny story when we made beef jerky. It was in Las Vegas. We took the oven racks and laid the beef strips across them. Put them on the patio and waited till the next day in less than 12 hours at that temperature, they were dry
Then one day I went outside and found there were some missing. I didnt think much of it till the next week.
I got home from work late and went out in the middle of the night and there was about 1 million stray cats sitting on my porch having dinner. true story😂 😂 😂
