So, that insane #bounty in Odessa, TX (Texas wins this one; Florida will try harder next time). Is it exploitable? Could a few hundred cis men dress in drag and get a bunch of bullshit accusations, then whip out their wangs at the right moment and say, "AMAB, motherfucker!" ... ?
And if that were to happen, would it make the law cease to function as intended, or just morph into something even worse?
These seem like reasonable questions to ask.
