My fellow veterans, thank you for your dedication to our freedoms. Thank you for dutifilully serving whichever commander-in-chief is elected by the people. Thank you for fighting in places we probably shouldn't be in lieu of places we probably should be. Thank you for dealing with the red tape of our beuaracratic state. Thank you for putting on your boots and blousing your pants for inspection day. Thank you for fighting for the right for people to disagree, even if its to disagree with your role. Thank you for putting your life at risk for a cause that makes the rest worthwhile. Our grand experiment would be for naught without someone to defend it.
