My next Christmas Dinner suggestion is vegan haggis. It can be served with roast potatoes, veg and gravy or why not serve it Scottish style with neeps (mashed turnip, swede in England), tatties (potatoes), extra veg and a creamy whisky sauce (I have a simple recipe for that too)?
