This happened again goddammit.
(The spoiler is ridiculously low for a midsize non-sports car—the sensors didn’t beep when I was parking, but the car settled just enough to scrape-pull the bumper away when I was backing out.)
The upshot is that I started a claim late this morning, had a body shop inspection by early afternoon and they scheduled me for drop-off tomorrow. God knows how long it’ll take to repair. But I had to wait weeks just to get it in last time.
Also, RIP my insurance rates.
