I’m struggling with a job where there are so many meetings that I find I can’t seem to make any progress.

Software engineering requires large chunks of concentrated thought if you want to make good software.

If you add too many meetings, not only can you not make progress, but your efforts turn tactical instead of strategic.

This is not a good place to be.
