Well...it was a little cold out at the beach at only around 70 so I didn't stay out there very long...I did get a swim in since the water was quite nice and I am surprised that the lake didn't turn over with the winds earlier in the week...I did get three rides in today and I do have to remember to eat more if I'm going to keep that up...was a little lightheaded after swimming but after I got back here and ate something, I feel okay now..weird..no work on anything today...good afternoon!
