Seems to be a Common Flesh Fly (Sarcophaga carnaria). Adults feed on nectar and sweet saps (like from aphids), therefore they often take sun baths on flowers. Females give birth to active grubs that feed on carrion and dung. The larvae eat worms. https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/124550-Sarcophaga-carnaria People often hate them because of the carrion/dung, but they are indeed pollinators.
