I'm sort of kicking myself for using up this headline (I'm sure it won't be the last time I could write it) but here's a Techdirt post about the latest amicus brief I filed at SCOTUS.

In short: the 5th Circuit barred the Biden Admin from speaking to tech companies, in violation of the tech companies' First Amendment rights.
