All the good free icon sets I can find online are for 256+color displays.
Do you happen to know <4bpp icon sets that would look good in 32x32, 24x24 and 16x16 pixels?
I know there are non-free Windows 1/2/3/95/98, Palm, Classic Mac, Amiga WB, Atari. I also know there are free icon sets for GEM and GEOS, and some ancient uglycute icons for Linux.
