I didn't know that mange is scabies!! I thought it was some kind of leprosy for critters. Thank you for me recalling a Mammaw memory. She had folk remedies for just about everything and I need to call some old kinfolks and find out what they were. Can't let old country traditions and remedies die. I know she used kerosene as a disinfectant.
