How far can you submerse an electric car before it gets water problems? The 400V battery wiring is like 6in off of the ground, isn't it at least waterproofed just for road spray splashing up under it? I could understand wires inside or high in the hood maybe not sealed, so probably not above the bottom of the doors? I guess if it's sealed enough then the question just becomes when you lose traction from floating.
