Quite a few of the adult characters, lol. I’d date Dante (werewolf) or Caylor (ghost) in my current WIP, though Caylor and I would probably work way better. (Dante has some issues in the start of the book.) Both are pretty awesome, but have a bit of a character arc to go through.
