The sheer amount of Elon Musk blind hero worship is quite alarming to me. I've witnessed it with a handful of folks I've spoke with in person at Bitcoiner events and interacted with online recently.
It reminds me very much of how people and the public treated Bill Gates in the 90's and 2000's as he was growing the Microsoft hydra.
