I’ve got wss://relay.austrich.net that is actually four servers around the world including one here in Sydney. There are some details on how this works at
https://www.austrich.net/austrich-relay/. This is somewhat experimental though and I don’t know what I’ll do with it long term but you are welcome to add it.
wss://relay.nostr.com.au is the premium paid relay but it looks like you already have that one.
