Sittin down for my second cup of coffee now. I've been out in the heat all morning so it feels good to be inside for a bit. Today I added the usual heavy cream and cinnamon, simple. Before coffee I was very thirsty from being out in the heat, so I had lots of water, but added some apple cider vinegar and some salt. I find that adding these 2 things to my water will quench my thirst much better than plain water. And some days I also use electrolyte powder too.
