It also is an easy way for them to congratulate themselves on economic growth. Simple supply and demand theory says there will be positive and negative outcomes. The negatives fall more heavily on those already disadvantaged in our society. Certainly in some lower income suburbs, the effect of immigration is higher house prices and increased rental costs.",
