So, THE HARMONY MODEL:
In life you always have opposites, always just two:
~ day & night
~ love & fear
~ control & acceptance
~ rationality & emotion
~ sympathetic nervous system & parasympathetic nervous system
~ up & bellow
~ business & art
~ etc...
You will become masterful & efficient once you know the interconnectedness of these opposites & know how to play both sides well.
For example. A lot of entrepreneurs are really good at controlling things. They know their product, their data, their value, but once the time comes that they need to scale up and hire staff, they micromanage and control EVERYTHING. Yes, they hired people, but they check everything their staff does because they are fearful that the workers will mess up.
In this scenario, two opposites from THE HARMONY MODEL come into play..
Control - Acceptance
Trust - Fear
The entrepreneur CONTROLS the work of his workers because he is FEARFUL of them messing up.
The entrepreneur should be ACCEPTING the work his workers produce and TRUST they will achieve the vision he set out for them.
