I logged into my online banking account to check if today, July 1st, 2023, was the day I would receive my funds/salary so I could pay my bills. However, I was greeted with a message. Should this type of notification be communicated to users? Do regular users understand the meaning of DR site and BCP? They might be concerned about the possibility of causing alarm if they come across a negative bank balance, but they are truthful about their knowledge. 😅
