If it's not yours, you don't have the legal right to sue, and since copyright is a civil matter, the way most of these corporations work is, "if it's a civil matter between 2 entities, we take it down until it's resolved" because if they got involved, they'd have to get involved in every case.
Since you don't have any legal basis for a lawsuit, I don't think most companies would allow you to issue a claim. Besides maybe Youtube. I don't know exactly how Youtube's claim system works, but I constantly hear people complaining about false strikes.
