First 12' to build up to a heavy a 3-rep Deadstop Deadlift. Ended with 100kg on the bar.
Then "The Challenge" #workout...
10 sets of 45" on / 15" off
* 10 Dumbbell Power Cleans (10/15kg)
* Max Burpees over Dumbbels
I finished with 50 burpees in total (5/6/4/5/5/5/5/5/5/5), and 8kg dumbbells. Could have gone heavier but the 12.5kg was too heavy, and all the intermediates were taken ;)
