Yoga block 20€ (2021)
Strap came with another strap and two rings 30€ (2021)
Using the stick to reduce my body weight so I can slowly get stronger. Still full of injuries but steadily getting better!
5x10 for this exercise, focussing on form and decreasing support. Using the yoga block to have a point of contact so I can measurably lower it over time.
