The details of the implementation can be decided later, but what an AppStore reviewer will see is that there's no way to filter content on their home/timeline and note it down.
If they are nice they will continue testing and give you back a full overview of what you need to fix in order to get approved, if not, you'll have to go the baby steps route and submit a couple of times and pray for less zealous reviewers 🤞🏼
