Last year I paid about 11k JPY in shipping last year for two figs, so a 30% raise would be like 14k jpy and some change. Under current exchange rates, the old rate would have been about 70 USD and the new rate is about 90 USD. Not sure what that translates to in Canadian monopoly money.
