Looks like Mastodon will show the relevant audit logs on the instance details page from 4.3

It looks like a small PR but there were a lot of things to go back & forth on, e.g., can you view instance details of an unknown instance? some stuff around data clarity (is it right to use this field when it should've been this other field, but that required expensive data backfilll
