BTW, this is what Iran looks like EVERYWHERE. Most women don't wear the hijab, and the authorities couldn't care less.
Is Iran a liberal democracy? No, but neither are America's Mideastern/Muslim "allies". And compared to them, Iran is actually more democratic, which is ironic.
And it's not an ethno-state like #Israel either.
