Those brew temps are lower than I have settled into with my Frankenstein setup, so I'm inspired to play around with that a little more. I've been thinking I want to move to a new dripper designed for pour over. My current technique uses a Chemex with Bonmac #2 flat-bottomed bamboo filters. Draw down times tend to be inconsistent.
