I had a suicidal crisis yesterday.

Today I presented to the mental hospital for admission. I was denied admission because I wasn’t actively suicidal.

I took the time to seek help, to pursue treatment, and I was turned away. I’m afraid I might hurt myself but that doesn’t matter unless I *intend* to hurt myself.

The mental health system is broken in this county.
