TIC-80 is a "fantasy console". It never existed, but it is a fictional game console of the past. It's similar to PICO-8, but TIC-80 is open source.
You can play it in browser for free, and on most platforms. Recently I've been using it on my phone. You get a ton of free tiny games that are fun, and you can easily hack them.
Just type "surf" into the console and you'll get a screen that you can look through to find games.
