It's really weird when you remember that the whole "grievance studies" thing that supposedly proved "identity politics has ruined academia" by getting intentionally bullshit papers accepted only got 7 out of 20 attempts accepted and fewer of those actually made it through to publishing

Like, okay, so you rigged the game in your favor by choosing exactly which journals you wanted to target---like a journal that publishes fucking monthly---and you still could only get 1/3 acceptance rate? Pretty pathetic, really
