In a free market, prices rise because demand for products overtakes supply. It's the same for interest rates. More demand to borrow money for projects, rates will rise. So have you ever wondered why The FED does the exact opposite? Because the FED bastardizes the free markets. They are the Deep State Central Bank, and they want you to think they control you. And they do. Every dollar in your pocket is borrowed money. Lowering rates is for when business is doing bad. You lower rates when demand is weak in order to entice people to borrow. So you think our economy is doing well? Could be lies. These people are all liars & corrupt, so be aware. Get ready for more money borrowing & printing by the FED, the enablers of corruption. That's what lower rates will do.
