There’s no guarantee, but logically, it makes sense that it could limit the supply shocks caused by halving and possibly temper people's expectations of cyclical ups and downs. Additionally, it would create a healthier environment for the mining industry, as it wouldn’t need to plan for the “lean years.” I believe we would see slower but steadier growth, which is much better for businesses and anyone who wants to use bitcoin as money.
